Final Shipping Notice on the Custom Switch Bags...

Hey everyone,
Thanks to those of you who responded to our last update. We have shipped a couple waves of Custom Switch Bag orders and we still have a handful more that will go out today. So far we have only shipped orders of people who have responded to our last request to let us know about a change of shipping address and your preference between an extra set of Standard or Custom Switch Bags (Cooler /Camera), as a replacement for the Dry Bag.
This update is another request to inform us of your choice and any updated shipping information. If your address has not changed and your preference is an extra set of Cooler/Camera Switch bag, then there will be no need to respond and we will ship your Custom Bags to the address we have on file.
We will ship all remaining orders during the week of October 7th, so we need to know of any changes by Monday October 7th.

Hey Backers!
I hope its been a great summer. Lets jump in an answer some questions regarding custom switchbags and what has been going on. Before we do that, please feel free to communicate with us. For the quickest and most direct guaranteed communication please email: [email protected]
We have received a lot of questions regarding the custom switchbags. In the interest of transparency here is the run down, We have produced and have in stock the Camera bag/Cooler bag combo, as well as additional standard switchbags. Unfortunately we received several quotes and samples of the dry bag and after flying all the way to china (AGAIN) and much back and forth discussion we have decided that we will not be producing the drybag at this time nor in the foreseeable future. This is a good news and bad news situation. The good news is that we removed the drybag bottle neck that has prevented us from shipping the rest of the switchbags out. Now there will be no more waiting before we ship all of the cooler/camera bags or standard switchbags. These are ready to ship, we simply need to VERIFY UPDATED SHIPPING INFO!
For those of you who ordered the drybag we are sorry that we will not be shipping those out and were sorry for the back and forth. Instead of the drybag we wanted to give you the option to select a replacement set; either an additional set of standard switchbags or an additional set of Custom Camera/Cooler switchbags.
NEXT STEPS: If you haven’t moved since recieving the original shipment of the Chameleon then we should have the correct address. If you have since moved or aren’t sure, we ask that you verify that we have your correct shipping address then please inform us of your decision about the replacement bags BY EMAILING US AT [email protected]. Upon receiving your request we will ship out the remainder of your order. So sorry for the inconvenience and delay.

Hey everyone!
Hope you are all finding some sunshine somewhere...
We will have the Cooler/Compartment bags in hand by next Friday Feb 8th!!! This means we will be sending you all an email to confirm addresses. We will also be sending out emails to those of you who ordered dry bags but would rather us ship the Cooler/Compartment bag now, instead of waiting for the dry bag combos. Frankly we have the dry bag design pinned down but we have to get some materials issues worked out. We don't have a concrete timetable on those as of right now. For that reason if you are concerned about timing with those dry bags we advise switching your order to the Cooler/Compartment combo. If you do decide to wait for the dry bags, we still plan on finishing those up as quickly as we can work out those materials issues.

Switch Bag Update...

Hey everybody,
Happy holiday season. Just so you all know we have been informed that the Mass Production will be finalized by Dec. 10th and then 2 days of quality inspection. They will then ship to us, which will take about 30-35 days after the inspection. The slight delay was caused by an issue with getting the right snaps from the snap manufacturer.
In any case, we will let you know when they ship to us! We are excited with how they have turned out. Hope you can all find somebody to help or serve during this time of year and spread some Christmas cheer!
