Custom Switch Bag Update...

Hey everyone,
We have thoroughly enjoyed the photos and feedback from many of you. It’s awesome to see where you guys are taking the Chameleon.
I know some of you have also been waiting patiently for the latest on the Custom Switch Bags. The dry bags have been a bottleneck for sure. We had too many issues with the construction that we have decided to find a more specialized manufacturer for those bags. So those will take some more time for sure.
We have decided that instead of waiting on those dang dry bags, we will get the cooler and compartment bags sent off as soon as their are finalized, which we are being told is about 30-40 days from now to manufacture and another 30-35 days to ship. So we are about 60-75 days away from shipping them out to you guys!
What that means is:
For people that ordered a cooler bag, camera bag together, those will ship as soon as production is complete and our mass order arrives here. (60-75 days)
Any orders that included the dry bag, we are still working on these. We assure you we will get these made as fast as possible but just want to make certain the construction is better than our previous manufacturer.
We will only be shipping these bags as a set. We will not be sending individual bags to individuals that ordered a dry bag and a cooler bag or a camera bag and dry bag. However, if you do not want to wait for the dry bag combination and prefer us to ship you a cooler bag - compartment bag combo, we are happy to change your order!
Thanks for hanging in there. We sure do appreciate how patient most of you have been. As for those who have expressed frustration, we appreciate you too and dont blame you in the slightest. We are super disappointed with how long things have taken as well and we know this has tainted our brand and business for some of you. We are always going to keep striving to get better and be better, although it isn’t easy, we wont stop trying.

We need you guys to send us a video less than 2 minutes long (preferably around 1 minute, but don’t stress too much about length). Give us your testimonial about the Chameleon Backpack /Sit system. We would love to hear what you think about several different specific aspects of your experience with your pack AND chair.

Maybe start with your reason why you bought it, and then naturally talk about any of the below topics in whatever natural order you want. Feel free to cover many of the below topics or only a couple. We would love for it to just be real and be YOU!

VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:
Don’t worry about making the video professional. We actually prefer more raw and uncut. We want you to tell your story of why you purchased and your overall impressions/ experience with it as both a backpack and a chair.
Please make sure you shoot the video from your iphone or your laptop and in the horizontal view.
If using an iphone, have someone hold the camera and film or use a tripod. Selfie sticks are fine too, but please don't try to shoot the video yourself if you don't have an actual selfie stick.
SOUND INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE TALK LOUDLY! A wireless microphone clipped to your shirt or your iphone earbuds or a podcast microphone would be amazing if you have something that would work, but if not, please TALK LOUDLY and TOWARD THE CAMERA!
WHERE TO SHOOT YOUR VIDEO: We would love for you to either be holding the pack while you talk about it, or sitting in the chair... and don't forget to choose a background that doesn’t distract from YOU and the Chameleon:)
Look at the person holding the camera, and TALK LOUDLY!

Switch Bag Update and Chameleon Tutorial Vids...

Many have asked about the Custom Switch Bags. Those that purchased these, as well as extra Standard Switch Bags, you will be receiving these as soon as they are done with design and manufacturing. A bulk order of Standard Switch Bags is about to start production. The Custom Bags are a little behind those but we are anxiously trying to get these finished up and get them out to you guys!
We have had a couple hang ups, primarily with the dry bag. We have had to explore a different method and even explore a different manufacturer. It has been a little stalled because our focus was on getting these Chameleons finished up and delivered.
We are now dedicating more time to the Custom Switch Bags and hope we can speed up their progress. The Compartment/ Camera Bag and Cooler Bag are much further along but we are still kind of in a polishing mode. I haven't loved the straps they used. I want to get a removable shoulder strap for more adaptability. It just requires finding the right way to be attachable with the Standard Switch Bags too. That's why you see the random webbing loop on the top of the Switch Bags that came with your Chameleon. We will start doing a better job of showing you the final updates and tweaks with these custom bags.

We are so stoked that the shipping is almost all wrapped up. All domestic orders have been shipped as of today. So excited to begin shipping. The backpacks are delivering to Mark's Garage probably within the next couple of hours. We are setup and ready to ship and can't wait to get these backpacks into your hands!
