FINALLY..... Surveys are coming!

Hey all, thanks for your patience, Backerkit had us make a few tweaks and it set us back about a week waiting for their approval. Surveys are going out today so keep your eyes peeled for those. Remember to double check your shipping address, and make sure to include any add-ons you want with your pledge!
We are stoked about the finished, polished Chameleon. We are so grateful for your support in helping it become a reality. Of course we want to deliver excellent value to you guys for supporting us from the beginning so we added a few additional features that we never talked about in our campaign but we think you will love em.
1: Adjustable shoulder straps for adjusting to men and women, for frames large and small. You will adjust the webbing near the top of the strap one time to customize the fit to your own size and then you don't have to tweak it again! This is a huge feature add that most packs of this size don't offer.
2: The removeable hip belt provides the option to shed the extra weight for everyday carry for lighter, shorter trips. But you'll be glad you have it when you've got a fully loaded pack. We also threw on some cool little pockets on the hip belt for convenience.
3: A hollow back panel allows you to unclip the shoulder straps and tuck them in and out of the way when using the chair. The hip belt can also be tucked in to the back panel if you prefer not to remove it. You will LOVE this addition!
3a: Duffel mode can be achieved by tucking the shoulder straps and hip belt into the hollow back panel and easily clipping the lashing buckles together to be used as duffel straps. This may come in handy!
4: Small mesh interior pockets for organization and storing smaller items, especially for shorter trips when you leave the Switch Bags behind.
5: An extra small pocket on the top/front of the pack for smaller items, like keys or phones or passports or whatever's clever. Or store your included rain cover in there!
6: A separate sleeve for the water bladder to allow you to use the large padded interior pocket for jackets or gear on those shorter trips when you leave the Switch Bags behind but don't want to empty any gear when in chair mode!
7: Last ....and probably least, we added some Molle webbing to the bottom of the pack for lashing sleeping pads, sleeping bags, tents or anything you want to carry for those stretch over night trips.
Thanks again, you guys deserve a more advanced backpack for a more enhanced outdoor experience. We hope you love it, and cant wait to get the Chameleon in your hands and see the places you take it to show it off!

Hey everybody, hope you all squeezed in a few last adventures before school started, and if not, keep finding excuses to get outside!
First of all we want to thank you all again for your amazing support. We are excited to inform you of our progress. The Chameleon Is looking great and we are rolling along with production.
We are also glad to tell you we partnered with Backerkit and in the next week you will all receive a survey. We really need you guys to respond ASAP so we can move the project along as efficiently as possible. It helps us a lot to see each color selection, as well as any additional "ADD-ONS" you guys want.
We also just went live on Indiegogo On Demand, so tell everybody about the Chameleon, and keep sharing us on Facebook and Instagram and Twitter!

What an amazing adventure this has been, to see our idea turn into a dream, our dream turn into a goal and our goal turn into reality! You guys made it happen! We are so excited to get the Chameleon in your hands and we’re especially stoked to see where you take it… So proudly, GO SHOW IT OFF!
We are already in the midst of the production process and are happy with how things are coming! We will be gathering and sorting all of your data and information about you and your pledges and in the next couple weeks we will be sending out SURVEYS. Please look for those surveys and respond promptly to help us facilitate your needs as efficiently as possible. In those surveys we will verify your personal info and shipping, we will verify your desired pledge total and add-ons, and of course your desired color! Camo, Black, Green or Orange and Gray.
STRETCH GOALS
We unlocked our first goal @$100K! Your ability to choose a color that you all voted on, Orange and Gray! The surveys will let you each specify which color you want for your Chameleon! Camo, Black, Green or Orange and Gray.
We “ECLIPSED” the $150K goal! We could not have done this without you guys spreading the word! Sincerely thanks so much. There will be rainy days that you will be glad to have the rain cover. And for those who pledged the additional $10, you can look forward to showing off the Chameleon on the beach. You can still add the Non-sinking feet with an addition $10 purchase if you forgot during the campaign! Just let us know in the survey.
We may not have reached that $200K goal but we know we all gave it everything we had. For those who pledged the EXTRA $20 for an and EXTRA PAIR of standard Switch Bags, we are happy to say those will still be available with the Delivery of the Chameleon in NOVEMBER! If you DID NOT pledge the additional $20 for a second pair but would like a 2nd pair those can be added in your order with an added payment that we will help you facilitate.
Regarding the Custom Switch Bags. We are excited to let you know those have been on our minds from the get go and we have always known that we will be producing those eventually because they are such a big part of allowing you complete comfort and adaptability to YOUR environment.
Because of falling short of that goal we will not have the resources to produce those YET… But the plan is to have those ready to introduce in the Spring of 2018. They will likely retail between $55-$60 per custom pair. However, for you, our backers who got us here, we always hope to save you money.
For those who have pledged the additional $45 for those Custom Switch Bags during our campaign, we are so grateful for your support. You certainly have the option of a full refund of the additional pledge amount at your request. Or for the $$$ money savings $$$, if you prefer we keep your pledge while you patiently wait til Spring 2018 we can make sure to keep you informed on the progress and status of those Custom Bags and their delivery.
We thought we should mention, you can expect to see us over on Indiegogo InDemand ASAP after our Kickstarter campaign is over. Just so you know, our Kickstarter backers are, and always will be, our FIRST priority. We’ll be working on fulfilling your orders before anyone who comes to InDemand. Additionally, since you were our first supporters, you received the lowest price, and the best deal, ever. Our InDemand price won’t be a better deal than the one you snagged here on Kickstarter.

7 Days To Go, THE LAST ASCENT/ More Switch Bag Updates

Often times on the trail, before the payoff of reaching the summit, the last ascent is the steepest hardest part of the journey. There is no quitting when you've made it that far. The summit is in sight! We are still STOKED to reach our 200K goal! We believe in our backers, and our TEAM to help us get there!
You guys have had some great questions and feedback about our Custom Switch Bags. As you know, at TRAILFORM our goal is YOUR enhanced outdoor experience, so your feedback about the advancements to the gear you will use is something we take very seriously.
Many have asked about the ability to choose a different combination of Switch Bags than what we originally posted in update #8. So…. Let's do it! We love your feedback!
Let's keep it simple: By increasing your pledge by $20 you will get a second pair of standard Switch Bags.
Or for CUSTOM SWITCH BAGS, you can now choose between the following combinations for every $45 added to your pledge per pair:
1. Dry Switch Bag with a Cooler Bag
2. Dry Switch Bag with a Compartment/Camera Bag
3. Compartment/ Camera Bag with a Cooler Bag
4. Two Dry Switch Bags ($35)
*Notice by purchasing BOTH options 1 AND 2 OR 3 AND 4 you will be able to achieve all four configurations.
Some limitations apply… our manufacturer requires minimum order quantities for each bag which will limit our ability to offer any other combinations besides the above listed options. We will not be selling single Switch Bags at this time. To maintain quality control and a clean aesthetic we have to assign a left side and a right side. So for example, there may be someone who wants to connect 2 camera bags or 2 cooler bags but unfortunately that is not an option at this time. Only the above listed 4 combo packs are available.
Once we are more established we have awesome plans for even more customization and more options regarding the Switch Bags. Thanks to you we can bring all of these things to light, and continue feeding off of your feedback - so keep giving it.
